It's Fall time! This means lawn care is important before the winter hits! The weather can get to freezing, and we want to make sure your lawn is well taken care of with a couple of friendly reminders and tips.

 

  • If you wait or choose not to blow out your sprinklers, you risk having the water freeze in the irrigation valves.

  • Some don't know, but when water freezes it expands. This causes part of your system to burst, which in return destroys your sprinkler system. 
  • The pressure from ice and expanding water can also cause the sprinkler heads to pop off. This will not only become costly, but also a messy clean up. Who needs that with water and cold weather happening!
